Located in the Swiss town of Monthey, the kindergarten has been commissioned to <a href="http://www.bwarch.ch/"target=_blank">Bonnard Woeffray Architects who came up with a two floors building separated in six units. Each unit is divided in two sub-sections for rest and activity with a washroom and toilet in between and while the actual structure of the building has a so far standard contemporary feel, the exterior cladding resembles a child-inspired world with longitudinally fitted colourful timber slats. The interior is composed of a rhythmic succession of coloured floors and ceilings, with as many colours as there are units.

Who has never seen Hello Kitty around? It could look as the most stupid thing in the world, but whoever deals daily with a 4 years old little lady (we actually do) knows perfectly that Hello Kitty is everywhere. Toys, pens, pencils, towels, soap…Hello Kitty is around us.

Well, artist Joseph Senior rendered Helly Kitty in some very famous characters from movies and imagination. We don’t really love Helly Kitty, but surely loved these ones…

The design of our childhood bedroom can have a lasting impact on us throughout our lives. We never forget the furnishings in our first bedroom and the hours we spent there sleeping, playing and doing homework. Many celebrities recognize this fact and take time from their busy lives to give their kids a memorable design bedroom.

Celebrity model and fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons recently created fantasy princess bedrooms for her daughters Ming and Aoki. These rooms were featured on Simmons’ reality show Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane. The focal point of each room was a custom-built princess castle bed complete with towers, a faux stone finish and hand painted details.

The beds were designed and built according to Kimora’s specifications by a company called Sweet Dream.

For the bed below you are looking to spend at least $12,000 (Frame+Paint+Stairs)

This beautiful princess palace features custom hand turned spindles, custom curved slide, custom made spiral staircase and so much more. That bed was also done as an exclusive piece and can be made similiar but not identical to the one you see on the website. The beds can be built and painted in any colors or style you choose. You may add closets, storage and accessories at your whim. Just ask, and they will build it for your little princess or prince.

Cottage prices range from $9,000

And we could not miss to show the Boys Castle!
