In 2005 a new law passed by the European Parliament and Council,prohibited tobacco sposnorship in sporting events.
Now,try to immagine yourself in charge of one of the major F1 team in the world,Ferrari and you are negotiating a big time $1 billion contract to display another tobacco brand leader Marlboro.
What would you do?Well Ferrari’s F1 teams came up with the most sneaking graphic solution ever,a bar code which resembles the banned logo of the same tobacco brand the car company was dealing with.Yes,but only at a “certain” speed….
